We were approached by an educational non-profit that was wanting to host a virtual career fair for local students. They were going to have several guests and speakers, each at different time slots, and each with their own registration for the event. We first spent some time ensuring that we understood their vision and needs completely. We wanted to ensure that all key functions would be covered. After reviewing their needs, we then found the best software platform for them to use and provided setup and training on hosting the virtual event. We also developed the branding and messaging. It was a tremendous success and enabled them to not only reach new audiences, but also grow and expand their email marketing list as well. Upon completion of the event, we setup an "on demand" web page where those who weren't able to attend could still view the sessions on demand.
