  • What happens once I decide on a package?
    Once you've decided on your package, click on the "GET STARTED" button and follow the prompts. Once the appropriate forms are filled out, you will receive a series of emails specific to your package including instructions, next steps, links, etc.
  • How will my files be delivered?
    Files are delivered via an exclusive link to your online client file where you can then view, download, provide feedback, etc. The files are delivered in the format best pertaining to your package and may include .jpg, .png, .pdf and more. You will be notified via email when the files are ready for viewing.
  • What if I need to cancel my package?
    Cancellation terms vary based upon the package, and will be clearly laid out in the statement of work that you will sign once your package is selected.
  • How will I communicate with APEX Creative?
    In order to keep costs down for our clients, most packages do not include participation in live or virtual meetings, presentations, etc. unless otherwise noted in the statement of work. As a result, communications are largely conducted via email.
  • Can I customize the packages?
    While some packages may be customizable, most of our packages are not. This enables us to deliver quality and consistent items for you with greater efficiency and lower cost. When you select your package it will clearly state wether you can customize or not and the instructions as a result.
  • How are payments processed?
    All payments are handled online via Stripe, our preferred secure online payment system, through the electronic invoice that you will receive. We accept most major credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash, check, or digital currency. For more information on Stripe, you can visit www.stripe.com.
  • What if I need more revisions?
    In the event you need more revisions than what the package offers, you will be billed for each revision. The terms and pricing are laid out in the statement of work for your package that you have an opportunity to review once you have selected your package.
  • How long is the committment?
    All social media packages, with exception of account reviews or updates, are a six month agreement with auto-renew. This enables a campaign and efforts to take their full effect. Account payments are setup for auto billing for your convenience.
