Website Assessment

The following terms apply to the Professional Website Assessment Package

Included Services

  • In-depth analysis of up to (5) pages of your website

  • Detailed .pdf Summary Report highlighting:

    • Overall Design Analysis​

    • Mobile Formatting Analysis

    • Messaging Analysis

    • Navigation and User Friendly Analysis

    • Call to Action Analysis

    • Professional Recommendations

Length of Service

This package is a one-time service and fee. 

Delivery and Revisions

The deliverable will be sent to the client via email and in a .pdf attachment.

Approvals

Given the nature of the package and the report provided, the client automatically receives it's findings and the deliverable. The client is under no obligation to implement recommendations, and APEX Creative is is no way responsible for any outcome as a result of the assessment. The project is considered complete upon delivery of the .pdf report.

Access

The client agrees to provide any and all access in order to provide the included services. If necessary, any passwords or login information will be shared and stored with the utmost sensitivity and in an encrypted platform. Upon completion of work, client may remove APEX Creative, and or any of it's representatives, from the accounts at their discretion 

Payment

The Website Assessment package is billed on a per website basis. Payment is due before production can begin. All payments are due up front unless otherwise noted in writing. All payments are to be made via the invoice or portal provided by APEX Creative. APEX Creative uses Stripe for payment processing, and accepts the approved credit cards as a result. We do not accept cash, check, or crypto currency.

Cancellation

Fees for the Website Setup package are non-refundable. The client may choose to cancel or stop labor by providing written notice to creative@apexstrategygroup.org, even though the fees are non-refundable.

Additional Charges (*if applicable)

In the event the client makes requests beyond the scope of the package, APEX Creative will inform them of charges and request approval before labor begins. Any additional charges will be billed in a separate invoice from the original purchase price and invoice. 

Communications

All communications can be sent to creative@apexstrategygroup.org, or the email of another appointed APEX Creative representative. APEX Creative is under no obligation to attend any form of meetings (in person or virtual), unless they so choose.

Liability and Results

The client releases APEX Creative of any and all liability pertaining to business results. Wanting to support our client's interests, APEX Creative promises to do the contracted job to the best of their abilities and knowledge. 

Website Assessment

Custom Landing Page

The following terms apply to the Custom Landing Page Package

Included Services

  • In-depth survey to ensure we capture your vision and goals.

  • Development and Design of (1) landing page with up to (3) revisions.

  • Single integration with other systems that you may require (i.e. 3rd party integrations)

  • Integration with your primary website

  • Social media integration

  • Utilization of stock imagery or media

  • Messaging

  • Platform, Hosting, Domain, and any other 3rd Party Fees are NOT included. This package is for creative development labor only. 

Length of Service

This package is a one-time service and fee.

Delivery and Revisions

The client will preview and approve the a draft of the landing page, where they can request (1) set of revisions. The client understands the landing pages are only built on the Wix, SquareSpace, Subsplash, Click Funnels, or WordPress platforms.

Approvals

The client will provide written approval of the landing page to creative@apexstrategygroup.org

Access

The client agrees to provide any and all access in order to provide the included services. If necessary, any passwords or login information will be shared and stored with the utmost sensitivity and in an encrypted platform. Upon completion of work, client may remove APEX Creative, and or it's representatives, from the accounts at their discretion 

Payment

The Custom Landing Page package is a one-time fee. All payments are due up front unless otherwise noted in writing. All payments are to be made via the invoice or portal provided by APEX Creative. APEX Creative uses Stripe for payment processing, and accepts the approved credit cards as a result. We do not accept cash, check, or crypto currency.

Basic Business Website

The following terms apply to the Basic Business Website Package

Included Services

  • Complete web design for up to (4) pages and includes:

    • Home Page​

    • About Page or Section

    • Contact Page or Section and Email Notification

    • Feature up to (5) Services on a Page or Section

    • Social Media Integration

    • Mobile Formatting

    • Basic SEO (keywords of site, meta descriptions of each page, image descriptions)

    • Utilization of Stock Imagery

    • Domain Connection

  • Basic Business is exclusive to Wix or SquareSpace platforms

  • Personalized survey to ensure your vision is captured

  • Platform, Hosting, Domain, and any other 3rd Party Fees are NOT included. This package is for creative development labor only.

The first payment is made upon approval of these terms, then the 2nd payment is automatically made 30 days later. All payments are to be made via the invoice or portal provided by APEX Creative. APEX Creative uses Stripe for payment processing, and accepts the approved credit cards as a result. We do not accept cash, check, or crypto currency.

The first payment is non-refundable, as this serves as a deposit. The client may choose to cancel or stop labor by providing written notice to creative@apexstrategygroup.org. In the event of cancellation, APEX Creative will provide final invoice reflecting labor above and beyond the non-refundable 50% deposit if applicable.

  • Online payment integration

  • Cart Setup

  • (1) Email Automation with Purchase

  • Complete Web Design including:

    • Social Media Integration

We do not accept cash, check, or crypto currency.

Advanced Website

Monthly Retainer

The following terms apply to the Monthly Retainer Package

Included Services

  • ​Up to (1) hour of labor each month to make adjustments, edits, additions, etc. to the client website per their request.​

  • Ensure formatting and security updates are up to par. 

Length of Service

This package is an automatically renewed monthly service until cancelled by the client.

Delivery and Revisions

The client will submit a ticket request for any work to be performed on their website via the instructions provided by APEX Creative. APEX Creative will also check on the status of the website 1x week to ensure all formatting has remained, check for updates, etc. The package includes up to (1) hour of labor which includes the weekly check-in on the site. Any requests beyond the remaining time would render additional charges. 

Approvals

The client will provide written approval of the work performed as a result of their request to creative@apexstrategygroup.org or via the ticket system provided by APEX Creative. 

Access

The client agrees to provide any and all access in order to provide the included services. If necessary, any passwords or login information will be shared and stored with the utmost sensitivity and in an encrypted platform. 

Payment

Payments are made automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled by the client.

Cancellation

The first payment is non-refundable, as this serves as a deposit. The client may choose to cancel or stop labor by providing written notice to creative@apexstrategygroup.org. Any remaining time of the month already paid will finish out, and the client will not be charged at the next months cycle.

Additional Charges (*if applicable)

In the event the client makes requests beyond the scope of the package, APEX Creative will inform them of charges and request approval before labor begins. Any additional charges will be billed in a separate invoice from the original purchase price and invoice.
