Account Setup

The following terms apply to the Account Setup Package

Included Services

  • Design of Header / Banner Images

  • Design of Profile Image

  • Bio Setup

  • Description

  • Call to Action

  • Connection to Key Links or Other Social Channels (*if applicable)

Each design includes (1) set of revisions if necessary. 

Length of Service

This package is a one-time service and fee. 

Delivery and Revisions

All deliverables will be stored and downloaded from a personalized cloud file provided to our clients. Written feedback can be provided to creative@apexstrategygroup.org. If there is no feedback within (3) business days, the deliverables will be considered approved. If the client does not respond to any communications in (10) business days, the package will be considered competed and closed regardless of labor performed.

The social media accounts will either be created from scratch, then later handed over to our client, or the client agrees to provide access in order to provide revisions and updates to an already existing account(s). 

Approvals

Client agrees to provide written approval of work within (3) business days of delivery via email, otherwise the items will be considered approved. 

Access

The client agrees to provide any and all access in order to provide the included services. Any passwords or login information will be shared and stored with the utmost sensitivity and in an encrypted platform. Upon completion of work, client may remove APEX Creative, and or it's social media managers, from the accounts at their discretion 

Payment

The account setup package is billed on a per account basis. As a result, the client will receive an invoice reflecting the amount of channels to be setup per the interest form. Payment is due before production can begin. All payments are due up front unless otherwise noted in writing. All payments are to be made via the invoice or portal provided by APEX Creative. APEX Creative uses Stripe for payment processing, and accepts the approved credit cards as a result. We do not accept cash, check, or crypto currency.

Cancellation

Fees for the Account Setup package are non-refundable. The client may choose to cancel or stop labor by providing written notice to creative@apexstrategygroup.org, even though the fees are non-refundable.

Additional Charges (*if applicable)

In the event the client makes requests beyond the scope of the package, APEX Creative will inform them of charges and request approval before labor begins. Any additional charges will be billed in a separate invoice from the original purchase price and invoice. 

Communications

All communications can be sent to creative@apexstrategygroup.org, or the email of another appointed APEX Creative representative. APEX Creative is under no obligation to attend any form of meetings (in person or virtual), unless they so choose.

Liability and Results

The client releases APEX Creative of any and all liability pertaining to business results. Wanting to support our client's interests, APEX Creative promises to do the contracted job to the best of their abilities and knowledge. 

Account Setup

Health Assessment

The following terms apply to the Health Assessment Package

Included Services

  • Review and assessment of the design, communications, content, and reach, and engagement of the approved social media accounts of client. 

  • Focus on last 30-90 days of posts, with potential reference to older than 90 days. 

  • A summary report with the various findings and recommendations will be provided in a .pdf to client.

Length of Service

This package is a one-time service and fee.

Delivery and Revisions

The deliverable will be sent to the client via email and in a .pdf attachment.

Approvals

Given the nature of the package and the report provided, the client automatically receives it's findings and the deliverable. The client is under no obligation to implement recommendations, and APEX Creative is is no way responsible for any outcome as a result of the health assessment. The project is considered complete upon delivery of the .pdf report.

Access

The client agrees to provide any and all access in order to provide the included services. If necessary, any passwords or login information will be shared and stored with the utmost sensitivity and in an encrypted platform. Upon completion of work, client may remove APEX Creative, and or it's social media managers, from the accounts at their discretion

Basic Social Media Package

The following terms apply to the Basic Social Media Package

Included Services

  • (3) posts per week on up to (2) channels

  • APEX Creative will create the posts and the post copy. The posts will be image only and stock photography may be used at APEX Creative discretion. Each post is subject to (1) revision as part of the initial two week approval phase. (see approvals below)

  • Posts may also include relevant content from other sources if deemed appropriate (i.e. articles, posts from influencers, etc.)

  • APEX Creative will schedule and post for optimum times

  • APEX Creative will provide a recommended content plan for each month to the client via email.

  • Client will take a brief survey to assist in informing the types of content to create and post. 

Length of Service

This package is a six-month agreement with auto-renew. Client is billed automatically on a monthly basis.

The client will preview and approve the first (2) weeks of content, where they can request (1) revision per post. The posts will be delivered either via email or via a shared digital file.

In the first (2) weeks of the partnership, the client will review the image posts created and will be able to provide feedback. Each post includes (1) revision in this initial (2) week period. After the (2) week approval phase, APEX Creative, now understanding the brand tone and presence, will create, schedule, and post at their discretion. In the event there is ever a concern over a post, the client can email their representative or creative@apexstrategygroup.org

Basic Package

Active Social Media Package

The following terms apply to the Active Social Media Package

Included Services

  • (1) posts per day on up to (3) channels

  • APEX Creative will create the posts and the post copy. The posts will be a variety of stock images, motion, and stock video and may be used at APEX Creative discretion. Each post is subject to (1) revision as part of the initial two week approval phase. (see approvals below)

  • Posts may also include relevant content from other sources if deemed appropriate (i.e. articles, posts from influencers, etc.)

  • APEX Creative will schedule and post for optimum times

  • APEX Creative will provide a recommended content plan for each month to the client via email.

  • APEX Creative will provide an analytics report highlighting trends, top posts, and recommendations. This report will be provided in a .pdf format within (7) business days of the last post of the month. This enables enough time for engagement on the last post. 

  • Client will take a brief survey to assist in informing the types of content to create and post.

This package is a six-month agreement with auto-renew. Client is billed automatically on a monthly basis.

Active Package

Advanced Social Media Package

The following terms apply to the Advanced Social Media Package

Included Services

  • (2) posts per day on up to (4) channels

  • APEX Creative will create the posts and the post copy. The posts will be a variety of stock images, motion, and stock video and may be used at APEX Creative discretion. Each post is subject to (1) revision as part of the initial two week approval phase. (see approvals below)

  • Posts may also include relevant content from other sources if deemed appropriate (i.e. articles, posts from influencers, etc.)

  • APEX Creative will schedule and post for optimum times

  • APEX Creative will provide a recommended content plan for each month to the client via email.

  • APEX Creative will provide an analytics report highlighting trends, top posts, and recommendations. This report will be provided in a .pdf format within (7) business days of the last post of the month. This enables enough time for engagement on the last post. 

  • A dedicated manager will personally oversee your social media efforts, and will provide various forms of contact for healthy collaboration.

  • $150 per month will be utilized for targeted boosting on Facebook and Instagram. Boosting may include generic page and brand awareness, and or specific posts. 

  • For E-Commerce clients, APEX Creative will assist in getting your products sellable on Facebook and Instagram for an enhanced shopping experience.

  • Client will take a brief survey to assist in informing the types of content to create and post.
